Primary Teaching Assistant

Are you proactive Teaching Assistant? Tradewind is looking for a Year 6 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs. You must have experience in prior experience. SEND experience is desirable.

Where: South Manchester

Shift Pattern: Full-time after October half term

Class: Year 6

Pay: £84 - £90 per day, depending on experience

Reception Teaching Assistant
The successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a Year 6 class.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
• Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
• Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
• Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
• Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices

Essential Requirements:
-Any relevant TA qualifications
-Excellent references to support previous experience

-A CV that covers full employment history
