Requirements for the role:

• Ability to tailor support strategies to meet individual student needs


• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach


• Patience and a positive attitude when faced with challenges


• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

What will my responsibilities be?

• Offer academic, emotional, and social support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience


• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment


• Assist in preparing the classroom for lessons and help manage classroom behaviour alongside teachers
