Role: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Term-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to learners or assist small groups.
  • Act as a positive role model within the classroom.
  • Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and classroom management.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a care-giving role.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Confidence in supporting individual students or small groups.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).
