Randstad education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. As a valued member of our school community, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher by assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and student supervision.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, delivering tailored interventions and providing additional support as needed.
• Help to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and engaged.
• Assist with the implementation of behaviour management strategies and support students in developing positive social skills.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individualised support plans and accommodations.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
