Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to provide engaging and effective classroom support.

• Offer one-to-one assistance to students with additional needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve their goals.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.

• Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.

• Support small group activities to encourage collaboration and active engagement.

• Monitor and communicate student progress to teaching staff and parents as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to meeting individual needs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, are beneficial but not essential.

• Must have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate; we can assist you in obtaining one if needed.

Working Hours:

• Hours are 8:30 to 3:30, ensuring you are there before the children start and to help prepare the classroom for the following day.
