1:1 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School (Crawley)

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Crawley, providing tailored support to children with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours.

Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child, helping them reach their learning objectives.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment.
• Understand and manage triggers and behaviours effectively.
• Build a positive relationship with the child, fostering confidence and engagement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with additional needs
• Strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, and behaviour management
• A valid DBS (or willingness to apply - we can assist!)
