Principal Business Analyst

My client is looking to hire a Principal Business Analyst for a Maternity cover. The present Principal Business Analyst has established a business analysis centre of excellence / community of practice and improved the maturity of the function over the last two years. We're looking for someone to help embed new processes and improvements developed over that time and also make further improvements in some new areas.This would include:Creating greater consistency across in the way in which business analysis work is delivered across the organisationEmbedding processes and improvements.Moving further towards agile delivery and product.Tracking scope, time, and budget in an environment transitioning towards Agile.Context:As a regulator, they frequently change and adapt to keep pace with the industries they oversee. This results in a continuous flow of interesting technology projects and changes, driven by a team of around 30 project managers, business analysts, and Change and PMO staff. These projects range from systems changes like the adoption of Salesforce and implementation of Workday to changes in how sensitive data is hosted, secured, and analyzed in their cloud environment. This all happens within an increasingly Agile context and a tech workforce that is almost entirely remote.Salary and Bnenefits:Basic salary range is up to £85k + £10,000 flexible allowanceA bonus of up to 10% salary25 days holiday, plus a ‘birthday day’66% salary group income protection (permanent health insurance)10 x salary life assuranceVariety of flexible benefits plans including Cycle to Work, Critical illness.
