This role is working for one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market! From a headcount of 70 in Jan 2023, they are on course to increase headcount by over 200% by the end of the year. You will be working for a global leader in their field working on some amazing energy projects incorporating over 30 different renewable energy technologies. If your a civil design engineer who has worked on energy projects this will be great for you!

About the Role:

• Leading design capability for large scale electrical projects, including utility scale solar and BESS
• Develop the Civil deliverables such as layout, outline design drawings, constructability assessment, risk assessment and project programme
• Also responsible for project capital cost, energy savings calculations, liaising with stakeholders, improving operations etc
• Flexible hybrid working model - Site visits required

The Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• Experienced a Civil Design Engineer or similar
• Worked with Civil engineering design for Solar and BESS
• Experience leading or managing a team would be beneficial
• Relevant Engineering Degree
