As the Principal Construction Cost Manager, you will be involved with our significant EMEA portfolio, supporting the EMEA Director of Construction Cost Management with the development and implementation of industry leading cost management and estimating across the GDC (Global Data Center) EMEA program. This includes the full end-to-end pre-contract and construction cost management.The role will involve interfacing across multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders; as well as developing global standards.
