Principal Consultant - FS Compliance & Financial Crime

Role: Principal Consultant - ComplianceLocation: LondonSalary: Minimum £50k base (Competitive depending on experience & track record)The Client: Our client are a fantastic boutique recruitment brand with over 10yrs exposure to the Legal & Compliance space. They cover both Inhouse Legal & Private Practice Legal as well as Compliance and Financial Crime. Led by two phenomenal recruitment experts, both with extremely valuable networks to leverage, our client who have experienced huge amounts of success & growth since 2022 are looking to continue building as they progress through 2024.The Role: You will lead and continue building on a warm 360 desk specialising in Compliance across hedge funds and major players in the FS space. The long term goal for this desk/practice is to scale, this role will naturally become a management role. A HUGE amount of earning potential not only on the fixed package but particularly with the commission model in place.Experience:A minimum of 3 years experience, specific to either Compliance, Inhouse Legal or FS.A proven network to leverage.A track record of sufficient & successful billings.Great attention to detail.Resilience and passion for quality.Ambition to build.** Working Pattern **Hybrid - 3 days in the office 2 from home.
