As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing high-profile client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. Your expertise will shape the strategic direction of our FMCG practice, ensuring we continue to set industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector, expanding our client base and increasing market share.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Strategic Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job specification to candidate placement, ensuring high-quality and timely results.Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to offer informed advice and guidance to clients and candidates.Brand Advocacy: Represent our consumer product organisations on the market as an extension of their business, enabling for you to find the right talent for their organisation with adequate representation.
