About the role
You'd be a Lead / Principal Data engineer joining an existing team of consultants as a highly technical IC. You should have experience supporting with architectural decisions and developing roadmaps in Azure. Any knowledge of building platforms using Data Lake, Databricks, Key Vault and Fabric would be key
You'll work in a cross functional team alongside other Senior Data Engineers, Delivery Managers and BI specialists having the opportunity to lead multiple projects at a time and drive ideas from a technical and commercial standpoint

Interview process
The first stage consists of a remote teams interview with one of the founders lasting 30-45 minutes. This is an initial screen to walk through your CV, projects and motivations
A technical task would then be issued for you to work on in your own time, this would be a problem to solve or a piece of code to assess
The final stage would be with another founder and a Senior Data Engineer where you would present back your task, what your result was and your approach in a talk through approach vs formal Q&A
Interviews commence on the 16th of September so if you would like to be considered please apply directly
