Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while leading cutting-edge electrical design projects. As a partner of the renowned Ardmore Group, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most prestigious projects in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the electrical design process for a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions for luxury residential, large-scale commercial, and 5-star hotel projects.
* Oversee the preparation of detailed electrical design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to support project delivery.

Qualifications:
* A minimum of 10 years of UK-based experience in electrical design engineering.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering complex electrical design projects.
* Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
