They are seeking engineers at Senior to Associate level, providing genuine opportunities for career progression at each of these levels. Senior / Principal - key attributes:Proven ability to lead projects and support team membersSelf-motivated with solid technical knowledge; residential experience is desirable, but a broad understanding is essentialDriven to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skills; confident in conducting client meetings independently or alongside mechanical colleaguesCommitted to driving efficiency and quality through consistent, high-quality designResponsible for the design and specification of electrical engineering solutions in line with current regulations and standardsDirect involvement with clients and project engineers to outline project requirements and develop technical solutionsOverseeing pre-construction activities, including design development, construction details, service coordination, technical submissions, sub-contracts, etc.Providing technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teamsDelivering off-site technical support to construction teams
