About the Role:

Known for driving efficiency and sustainability, they bring expertise and pioneering technology to some of the world's most complex and essential facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead advanced design solutions for global data centre projects, managing high-stakes deliverables within an exceptional team.

As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll take a hands-on approach to overseeing intricate design processes, ensuring successful project outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping project strategy, collaborating closely with clients, and guiding your engineering team to meet and exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver innovative electrical design solutions for critical data centre projects.
• Oversee the entire design process, from schematics and specifications to site inspections.
• Act as the Electrical or MEP lead on projects, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of design excellence and project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Extensive experience with electrical design in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.
• Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficient with industry-recognized software for design and analysis.
