Principal Hardware Engineer

Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client a leading defence prime, they are now looking to recruit 3 principal hardware engineers, for a 12 month contract.

As a contract Hardware Engineer, you will d esign and develop Hardware and Firmware subsystems

Activities:
Define Digital Signal Processing specification
Design and Develop DSP
Define ADC/DAC specification
Design and Develop ADC/DAC systems
Integrate ADC/DAC in the digital processing system

What you will do
The Hardware Engineer will work with the support of experts in their field, using world-class facilities to deliver electronic hardware for complex electronic systems that meet challenging future customer requirements.
The scope of work will involve technical problem solving along with hardware design and product development

What we need from you
What you really must have:
Due to the nature of our work, any candidate must have 5 years UK residency and SC security clearance.
Mixed signal ADC/DAC, FPGA, SoC based design for high performance signal processing, communications and control. AC/DC Power Conversion.
