A rare opportunity has arisen in one of the world's leading multi-disciplinary consultancies for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to be based out of their Bristol office.

\n

\n

You will be working on some of the most technical challenging projects as the lead consultant, where MEP is the lead discipline (finally!). You will be engaged in healthcare, commercial, and data center projects.

\n

\n

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will be a focal point of contact for the client and able to strategically influence. You will be accountable for the overall MEP Design of large scale, technically complex projects in the UK and overseas.

\n

\n

You will have the ability to think outside of your discipline and work closely with all other disciplines such as structural, architectural and civils.

\n

\n

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for people who:

\n

\n
• Are BSc qualified in Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services Engineering or similar.
\n
• Have extensive experience in winning and delivering a range of projects.
\n
• Have the ability to provide technical leadership of multi-disciplinary design teams including external sub-consultants.
\n
• Have strong awareness of appropriate sector-specific legislation, regulatory requirements and design guidance and future trends.
\n
