We maintain rigorously high standards of quality, whilst also delivering efficiencies to healthcare through careful workforce planning, pioneering technology and significant investment in infrastructure and IT.About the role:An opportunity has arisen for a Principal Quality Manager for The Doctors Laboratory.This is a busy, dynamic and exciting senior role, leading a team of quality managers providing quality and regulatory oversight across TDL pathology laboratories, clinical trials and patient services. This role will require a person who has an excellent understanding of and experience in pathology quality, governance and clinical safety as well as excellent people management and communication skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work independently, multitask and who is enthusiastic about continual quality improvement. You will work alongside a group of senior quality professionals across Sonic Healthcare UK with the shared purpose of delivering high quality accredited pathology services. The role is based in central London with occasional UK travel required.
