You will collaborate with Product Managers on design, Technical Architects on solution architecture, and Team Leaders on release planning. This hands-on role requires subject matter expertise and extensive proficiency in cloud-based solutions. You will lead the design, development, testing, publishing, and support of various cloud-based products and solutions, ensuring customer success and mentoring junior engineers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of product enhancements with a clear vision and roadmap.Manage and support customer escalations, resolving complex issues.Ensure high-quality deliverables and up-to-date information distribution.Mentor and provide technical leadership to less experienced team members.Collaborate with Technical Architects and Team Leads on feature design and documentation.Work closely with stakeholders to meet requirements and maintain effective communication.Skills and Experience:Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering.Commercial experience in software engineering.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, and REST-based web services.Experience with front-end development, browser dev tools, cross-browser compatibility, and distributed version control systems.Strong problem-solving skills, able to take ownership and drive resolution.Ability to work within a fast-paced, geographically distributed team.Passionate about customer success and providing mentoring to team members.What They Offer:Salary up to £70,00010% bonusUp to 19% Pension (8% personal)4 x Salary Life insurancePrivate medical insurance (Dependents included)Private Dental (Dependents included)Home Working Allowance100% Remote Working
