School Staffing Solutions is recruiting an inspirational school Principal on behalf of a large, reputable SEN school in Northamptonshire. We are seeking someone with a passion for making a significant difference in the lives of the children who attend this school. The school provides fantastic opportunities for children and young people primarily diagnosed with Autism and who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). It is well-subscribed, with a strong pipeline, and our educational offerings are highly valued by local authorities as well as the parents and caregivers we serve. Over the past three years, the school's academic performance has consistently ranked in the top quartile among independent special schools, and the variety of curricula offered is greatly appreciated by the young people and their families.

About you:

• You will possess a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be motivated to develop an inspiring vision for the school.
\n
• You will have experience in raising standards and be familiar with the regulatory environment.
\n
• You will collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure effective financial management of the school.
\n
• You will foster shared responsibility and collaborative leadership by empowering others, thereby creating capacity for progress within the school.
\n
• You should have completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) or be in the process of obtaining it.
\n
• You must be willing to commit to an initial six-month interim position.
\n
