Job Title: Principal Data Scientist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives, drive analytics growth, and work closely with C-suite clients. You’ll define strategic challenges, develop solutions using AI, machine learning, and data science, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML projects and create business solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present actionable insights.
• Mentor teams, manage project risks, and oversee delivery.
• Publish thought leadership and represent the company at industry events.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in AI/ML (GenAI, NLP, computer vision).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like TensorFlow and Databricks.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
• Success in delivering large-scale projects in the public/private sector.

Security Clearance:
Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance (UK residency for 5+ years).
