Principle Sustainability Consultant

DESCRIPTION:
Purobuild have partnered with a leading international environmental consultancy to assist them in their search for a Principle Sustainability Consultant.

The successful Principle Sustainability Consultant will support the delivery of sustainable building solutions on esteemed projects.

Salary: 60-70K
Location: London, UK

Principle Sustainability Consultant Responsibilities:
-Leading an array of assessment projects, including LEED and WELL certifications
-Preparation of Whole Life Carbon and Circular Economy statements
-Completion of high quality reports

Principle Sustainability Consultant Requirements:
• Experience in leading sustainability assessments and ideally qualified as LEED AP and WELL AP.
• An understanding of BREEAM and other environmental assessment methodologies
• An understanding of thermal modelling and low carbon energy strategies
• An understanding of current planning policies across the UK - in relation to sustainability and Net Zero Targets
• Excellent presentation skills and time management.
• Able to coordinate and provide training to junior consultants
