What Youll Do: Develop and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications that are used by athletes and sports teams around the world. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest standards of quality. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. What I am Looking For: Proven experience as a Ruby Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Sidekiq. Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and web frameworks. Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. A passion for sports and a keen interest in how technology can improve athletic performance. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
