We’re working with a prestigious client who specialise in bespoke packaging artwork, printing, and mock-ups, primarily within the advertising, design, and packaging industries.
The company are known for their reputation of creating exceptionally high-quality end products using bespoke litho proofing techniques. Within their impressive and modern studio, you’ll find specialist areas that all play their part in the finished article – offset litho printers, silkscreen printers, hot and cold foiling, embossing, debossing, hand finishing, die cutting, varnishing and specialist ink usage, and much more, to add a truly unique look and feel to clients end products.
Working as part of the production team, this person will assist in managing the flow of projects through initial inception through to invoicing. The main responsibility will be overseeing the delivery of multiple projects and ensuring, deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met. As you’ll have regular interaction with clients, internal staff and suppliers, the role acts as the bridge between the production team and the clients, so knowledge of print production alongside excellent customer service/project management skills would be ideal.
As the business operate between the hours of 7am and 7pm you may be required to come in early or stay later on occasion to meet the needs and demands of the business.
The Role
- Working with the production team to understand client needs, quoting jobs and scheduling projects.
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure materials and resources are ready.
- Managing the production schedule and adjusting timings as needed to meet client deadlines.
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

The Person
- At least 2 years’ experience gained in project management / account management or similar, ideally in a design agency or print production environment
- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
- Well-presented and professional demeanour with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Any knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is a huge advantage
- Familiarity with print production processes (litho, silk screen and digital print) is a huge advantage
