Private Chef –Family in Regent’s ParKWe are proud to be working with a West Asian warm, health-conscious family based in Regent’s Park, London looking for a Private Chef. The role focuses on creating fresh, light, and casual Mediterranean-style meals, inspired by Ottolenghi. Schedule: Full-time employment, Monday to Friday (weekends off), start at 5:00/6:00 am, with a mid-morning break, finishing at 8:00 pm. For their hard work and commitment, the Private Chef will be rewarded with:Competitive salary: £65,000 per annumWork life balance: weekends off and further flexibilitySignificant opportunities for professional development and training Working in a well-equipped kitchen.Travel opportunities, including accompanying the family to Dubai for 2-3 weeks during winter28 days of holiday per yearKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family of 5 people: Principal and his wife, their two sons and the grandfather, ensuring low protein and weighed calorie portions for the grandfather.Create homely, delicious meals with a focus on simple, flavorful dishes rather than elaborate presentations.Accommodate dietary restrictions, including no fish, meat, or eggs.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped kitchen.Ensure meals are fresh, light, and flavourful, focusing on salads, soups, pasta, and Italian dishes.Candidate ProfilePersonality: Friendly, disciplined, tidy, and clean. Experience: Proven experience in a private household or similar environment, with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines.Skills: Strong culinary skills with the ability to create homely, delicious meals.
