Private Chef Job - Nr Otley Leeds West Yorkshire - Full-time
Our client is looking for an experienced Chef to take on a role as Private Chef for a private client based near Otley between Leeds and Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who either have previous experience working as a Private Chef within a Household, or a Chef who is looking to move from a top level restaurant kitchen into Private Chef role.
The ideal candidate should enjoy creating interesting, flavorful, creative and well presented dishes using influences from around the world.
You will be catering for a couple, catering for lunch and dinner as well as catering for business lunches and more formal dinner parties. You should have a focus on health and nutrition and seasonal cooking using local and home grown produce.
Duties will include:
Menu planning in line with dietary requirements and the principals preferences
Preparing beautifully presented and delicious meals
Sourcing high quality, and where possible locally sourced, ingredients as well as using home grown produce
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
Clearing up after meals
