Private Client Lawyer with Tax Knowledge Location: London, City of London - Greater Type: Permanent Our client s highly ranked and well regarded private client team is looking for an associate to join its busy team advising HNWI and VHNWI on a range of estate planning and taxation matters. The successful candidate will have had exposure to multi-jurisdictional succession planning and will have experience in providing taxation advice in respect of non-domiciled tax queries, first formation and associated tax issues, pre-immigration tax issues and specialist IHT planning for clients located in the UK and abroad. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong working knowledge of tax issues with specific experience of IHT, capital taxes, tax efficient will drafting and associated issues. Candidates with additional tax qualifications are of significant interest, for example, those candidates that have gained the specialist STEP diploma, CTA or ATT.
