My client, a leading legal firm with offices throughout Scotland is looking for a Private Client Legal Secretary/PA to be based in Inverness. They are seeking a dedicated professional to support the team in delivering exceptional legal services. In this full time role, you'll report to the head of department and support partners and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
�Administrative Support: Manage the diary, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings. Managing calls and emails from clients and liaising with fee earners as necessary.
�Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
�Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion. Client case administration, including compliance and billing.
�File Management: Maintain and organise client files, archiving legal documents such as signed wills.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
�Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in a private client or similar legal setting.
�Experience in audio typing.
�Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
�Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
�Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn additional software systems.
�A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
