A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Senior Associate or Partner equipped with STEP and ACTAPS membership to join a Legal 200 law firm.
The esteemed law firm is seeking a diligent and proficient Private Client fee earner as an addition to their Tax and Estates Planning Department, based in the Southampton office. This role will involve:
- Unsupervised administration of estates (disputed)
- Lasting powers of attorney registration
- Contentious trusts and probate
- Drafting of wills
