In this role, you will handle a diverse range of cases, including Wills, LPAs, estate planning, and Probate issues.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor or in a similar role.
• Background in dealing with Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts and the drafting of Trust documents & Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills.
• Quick to learn, empathetic, and self-driven.
• Technically competent, and meticulous attention to detail.
