Private Client Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Private Client Solicitor with a focus on residential conveyancing to join our firm. This role involves advising clients on property transactions and providing comprehensive legal support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing clients and transactions.


• Offer legal guidance on property purchases, sales, and remortgages.


• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork.


• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in transactions.


• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with experience in residential conveyancing.


• Strong knowledge of property law and legal processes.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
