Private Client Solicitor In-house 2 days a week office London £50,000 - £65,000 Private Client Solicitor is required to join an in-house organisation in London for a unique opportunity. About the Organisation This organisation prides itself on making a difference within the legacy field and have a strong ethos in providing great and detailed customer service rather than it being a transaction across will writing, probate and planning a funeral. An exciting legal tech SME which is shaping a new way for its customers and working in partnership with charities which has led to its customers pledging through their donations left in their will. About the Private Client Solicitor This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a difference and move away from the day to day of private client work. With a chance for someone who is commercially minded with significant experience within private client matters ideally those with will drafting and probate to help develop and grow this business. This role will give the Private Client Solicitor the opportunity to; Assist the Senior Legal Counsel with checking will documentation, assisting with quality assurance and training of the will writers to ensure correct information is going out to clients You will assist with the development of the probate arm of the business which will include working with the product team on pricing negotiation, fixed fees, developing new processes and overseeing sales and development from a legal perspective, developing online guides, call scripts and understanding any risks. Work in conjunction with the outsourcing service of probate matters ensuring quality assurance and procedures are followed Training staff and supporting staff on technical probate and wills advice This Private Client Solicitor role can offer; A chance to work with a small SME which is growing and developing.
