This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious firm with an exceptional reputation as an employer, promoting both diversion and a collaborative working culture. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to Wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning. /li li Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction. /li li Handle complex private client cases and demonstrate proficiency in a broad spectrum of private client work. /li li Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, complying with the firm’s policies and procedures. /li li Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other appointments as required. /li li Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to share knowledge and expertise. /li /ul p br /p p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law. /li li Extensive experience in all aspects of private client work, demonstrating a broad skill set. /li li Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li li Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm. /li li High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. /li li Ambitious and proactive with a commitment to continuous professional development. /li /ul p br /p p If this seems like an opportunity that you would be interested in please click APPLY and we will be in touch! /p
