We are currently working alongside a law firm based in Kent, they are seeking for a skilled and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly respected firm that offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Role Overview:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing clients with expert advice and guidance on matters such as:
Will drafting and Powers of Attorney
Estate Administration and Probate
Trusts and Tax Planning
Inheritance Disputes and Claims
Elderly Client and Vulnerable Client services
Business development and maintaining client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from inception to completion
Drafting Wills, advising on Powers of Attorney, and providing estate planning advice
Assisting with probate, inheritance tax planning, and the administration of estates
Handling disputes related to inheritance or estate administration
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, other professionals, and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in Private Client law
Proficient knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration
Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional client service
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and independently
STEP qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable, but not essential
