Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working with a dynamic law firm in the South of Scotland, with thirteen modern offices across the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway. We have an immediate opportunity for a Solicitor to join their busy Private Client team in their Galashiels office. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload, advising clients on:

• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Estate planning
• Trusts and executries

We're looking for a steady pair of hands with a proven track record in managing private client matters independently

Experience:

• Experienced solicitor 1-2 years PQE in Private Client work
• Current Practising certificate in Scots Law.
