We are currently working with a local insurance broking firm, who are part of a growing group who have a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Administration and Customer Account Handling experience to join them in their stunning office based in Overton, Hampshire.
You will be responsible for looking after a book of Mid to High Net worth clients providing support , administering mid-term adjustments and helping to develop and support the business by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
They focus on quality over quantity here too, so you will regularly be handling around 20-25 renewals a month, dealing with premiums ranging from £600-£10,000, focusing on providing a first class service to your clients.
You will be a great team player who is loyal, supportive and able to work with initiative and autonomy, with good IT skills and an excellent phone manner. Acturis experience would also be a real bonus but full training and support given

Salary on offer is £25-30k depending on experience #

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but flexible working hours can be discussed eg. 4 days if preferred
