Private Equity & Real Estate Funds US Firm

Unique role with a leading US team, advising PE giants on fund formation, secondaries and corporate transactions with a real estate focus. This is a very new area for the firm and the real estate market, so they re looking for a mid-level Associate to focus on investment funds, joint ventures & separate accounts, domestic ventures, fundraising and capital raising in real estate; split between investment funds & private equity. You will be joining a team of well-established Corporate and Funds Lawyers, ranked in legal directories for their performance but also known in the market for the quality of the junior support offered. The team is also reputed for warm culture and competitive compensation. This is an opportunity for you to grip on a new practice and given the current structure of the team, you ll have access to a very clear and fast-tracked progression. You will need to have both corporate and funds experience in real estate (with heavier exposure on private equity as preference) and coming from a top-ranked practice in London.
