Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for court on private law cases, including child arrangements and contact disputes.
Work with families, solicitors, and the courts to resolve disputes and protect children's welfare.
Provide advice to children and families in sensitive and challenging cases.
Attend hearings and advocate for the best interests of the child.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in private law practice, particularly in children's matters.
Strong knowledge of family law, including child arrangements, parental responsibility, and domestic abuse issues.
Ability to handle complex legal cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
