Private Sector Housing Officer

My local authority client on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Housing Standards Officer to hit the ground running.

The role is a 6-month contract and due to the nature of the work you are required on District on a hybrid basis.

Experience required:

• Property Inspections under HHSRS
• HMO Licensing Experience
• Carrying out out relevant enforcement action
