To help us deliver against our ambitions we are thrilled to be recruiting for three new Pro Vice Chancellor positions to enhance our senior leadership capabilities and expertise in research & knowledge exchange, portfolio management and innovation, and the student journey. In our Pro Vice Chancellor (Student Journey and Academic Registrar) , we are looking for an experienced senior, strategic professional to lead on all aspects related to the student journey (from application to graduation), and the quality assurance and enhancement of our academic provision. You will provide strategic development and leadership to the Student Services and Academic Registry functions, and associated staff, to ensure an excellent student journey in furtherance of the University s strategic intentions and ambition. As a strategic advisor to the Vice Chancellor and the Executive, you will also be required to support the Vice Chancellor in matters relating to strategy, leadership, and management of the University, and in the consideration of policy issues and new initiatives. As an inspirational leader, you will demonstrate success in areas relevant to the responsibilities of the role, substantial experience in effective people and project management across multidisciplinary groups, and a proven track record in developing systems and policy enhancements that deliver impact and positive outcomes. Key to your success will be your commitment to an excellent student experience, your ability to set strategic direction for the university, and a breadth and depth of higher education experience necessary to deputise for the Vice Chancellor/Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
