Process Control Engineer

The role:

• Reactive, preventative maintenance and calibration services to a wide range of control systems.


• Monitor performance, prediction of failures and implement improvements to increase production output.


• Assist the planning and running of the process control function


• Comply with both company policy, and statutory Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.


• Conducting troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions to mitigate downtime


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Experience:

• Hold a recognised Electrical / Process Control apprenticeship (HNC/ONC level or equivalent)


• Previous Instrumentation / Control / Electrical experience


• Good level of problem-solving awareness.


• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and work with technical data.
