Our client, a leader in the Advanced Therapies sector, is seeking a Process Engineer to play a crucial role in the operational excellence and innovation of their internal Manufacturing Facility.As the Process Engineer, you will collaborate with the Engineering Manager to enhance site operations and performance, ensuring the seamless production of Phase 3 and commercial gene therapy viral vectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating the myriad of utility services and manufacturing equipment, as well as supporting capital and Tech Transfer projects.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the Process Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. Spearhead capital project design and review, focusing on Single-use equipment and setup.2. Drive Process Technical transfer activities, including Design of Experiments and Process FMEA.3. Manage vendor activities for Commissioning & Qualification, Maintenance & Calibration, and process enhancements.4. Contribute to the development and enforcement of engineering specifications, standards, and SH&E programs.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Process Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Degree in Engineering or Science, relevant to biopharmaceuticals.2. Extensive industry experience in a biopharmaceutical environment, specifically in a Process Engineering capacity.3.
