This exciting new build project is embracing innovation to deliver a commercially . The role will provide analysis and calculation support across all Cooling Water Island Systems and will contribute to an internal centre of excellence for analysis and calculation methodology. Along with the cross-cutting lead you will generate static and transient flow and thermal analyses using various software tools and methods to demonstrate the system performance.In addition the analysis engineer will assist with:System design & system integrationProduce, review & update the system documentationPerforming analysis to define the control philosophy for the systemPerform sizing of componentsThermal-hydraulic calculation & modellingFormulating equipment specificationsPROFILERequired Experience:Essential –Process or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent qualificationDemonstrated understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer & thermodynamicsExperience of producing design documentation and test specificationsExperience of PIPESIM, Flomaster or other 1D CFD software
