on a

fixed term contract for 12 months .
In this roleyou'll evolve SNG's processimprovementmethodology and ensure ourprocess standards are embedded by mapping current state processes and identifying and delivering improvementopportunities through redesign initiatives.
Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some travel required with this role to our other offices, so you should be happy to travel and have access to transport.
The Role
As ProcessImprovementDelivery Manager, you'lllead a team of ProcessImprovement Analysts to deliver, enhance, and maintain comprehensiveprocess maps across SNG through a Centre of Excellence (CofE) model. Working closely with the Business Architecture and

ProcessImprovementteam, Internal Controlsteam and more widely across SNG's change environment, this role will foster a culture of continuousimprovement and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
Developing SNG's businessprocessimprovement framework and driving a culture of processimprovementacross the organisation, through a centre of excellence model
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of detailed process maps, ensuring activity is aligned with strategic goals, as well as monitoring any gaps in the processcatalogue and building plans with the process architect to baseline all business processes
Managing the ProcessImprovementteamwith a focus on articulating a clear vision, providing direction, and fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuousimprovement
Maintaining a pipeline of processimprovementopportunities by collaboratingwith key stakeholders to shape and understand scope in detail and the requirement on the team
Overseeing the management of resource demand for ProcessImprovement Analysts, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and the quality of the teams delivery
Developing and generating regular processinitiativedelivery reports for leadership to demonstrate the impact of processimprovements on organisational performance, providing insights and recommendations on processoptimisationopportunities
What we're looking for
You'll need to have demonstrable experience within a similar rolemanagingbusinessprocess and improvement, with a track record of establishing BPM principles, standards and frameworks in alignment with best practice, such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQC and

other continuousimprovement practices. You'll also need:
Demonstrable experience in the design, improvement and implementation of businessprocess models using BPMN and process modelling tools and software (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS)
Strong experience of change management practices, and project managementprinciples, working in transformativeenvironmentswith the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
Demonstrable experience in managing and mentoring people, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, managing conflicts and facilitatingprofessionaldevelopment
Proficiency in analysing complex data sets and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to articulate RoI
Strong understanding of how to integrate controlactivities into business processes to comply withregulatory standards, relevant laws and business rules
Excellent communication skills to promote processimprovementawareness and able to effectivelycommunicatewith all levels of the organisation
Strong stakeholdermanagement expertise, skilled in managing and influencing senior leadership acrosswith the ability to present complex information in a simple way to large and diverse groups
Expertise in planning and facilitating workshops across large diverse groups
