A client of ours in the Haverhill area are recruiting a Procurement Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying �26,000 - �28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and developing supplier relationships
  • Identifying cost reduction opportunities in the supply chain
  • Internal provision of pricing and delivery information
  • Progressing Pos
  • Buying parts for stock and the maintenance of purchasing records.
  • Managing fleet maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and compliance
  • Handling travel bookings to support business operations efficiently
  • Generating and analysing reports


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Procurement Administrator position:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel including PIVOT Tables
  • Purchasing and Procurement experience essential to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in using an MRP system desirable
  • Must be able to drive due to attending site visits.
