A client of ours in the Haverhill area are recruiting a Procurement Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying �26,000 - �28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and developing supplier relationships
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities in the supply chain
- Internal provision of pricing and delivery information
- Progressing Pos
- Buying parts for stock and the maintenance of purchasing records.
- Managing fleet maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and compliance
- Handling travel bookings to support business operations efficiently
- Generating and analysing reports
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Procurement Administrator position:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel including PIVOT Tables
- Purchasing and Procurement experience essential to be considered for this role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using an MRP system desirable
- Must be able to drive due to attending site visits.
