Procurement and Contracts Manager - �35K - �45K - Flintshire

This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is rapidly expanding, with sites all over the country managing Service Delivery contracts and Sub Contractor sourcing and agreements.

Key skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Service Delivery contracts, Maintenance services and the Subcontractor market.
• Tendering and Contract management
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Compliance and Cost Management
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Ability to assess and measure supplier performance based on KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership.
• Analytical approach with a focus on cost control and maximizing value.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months experience in Procurement.
• Ideally professional qualifications, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
