Procurement Contracts Advisor

Blue Arrow are currently looking for a Procurement Contracts Advisor. This position is 6-month temp contract with a possibility to go permanent - fully remote role. Pay rate between �40 to �44 p/h and permanent salary of �72,500 to �80,000. Hours per week from 22.5hrs to 35hrs - flex daily working hours.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the VP, General Counsel Supply Chain, the Senior Procurement Contracts lawyer and the Procurement team with the review, negotiation and drafting of direct procurement contract clauses to ensure that the supplier gives appropriate commitments to protect the clients commercial interests, specifically in relation to:
o Liabilities (via warranties, indemnities and limited liability caps);
o Legal compliance (i.e. incorporation of the companies Third Party Code of Conduct);
o Contract duration and renewal rights; and
o Termination rights for failure to perform.

* Candidate will have in-depth understanding of procurement-related legal issues from a buyer's perspective in relation to:
o Materials sourcing (raw materials, glass, cardboard, etc.); and
o Transport, logistics and warehousing.

Must Have:
* Procurement experience
* Multi-law experience
* Legal experience
