Job Title: Procurement Contracts Manager
Type: 6 Month Interim, Hybrid
Hours: 37.5hrs
Hourly Rate: �16.97 - �21.66 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a category of spend across the Estates, Facilities, Digital and Corporate Category
- Manage key strategic contracts on the trusts' behalf
- Ensure agreements are tendered in line with procurement regulations
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Lead an effective buying team
- Identify and deliver opportunities for cost-saving
- Review complex contract activity
- Ensure contact details are up-to-date
- Lead contract management with key suppliers
- Support the management of the procurement work plan
Experience and Skills Required:
- Prior experience working in procurement within the NHS
- Experience working across the Estates, Facilities, Digital & Corporate categories
- Experience with CRM and procurement systems (Atamis preferred)
- Proficient in IT and administration
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with friendly demeanour
- Good written and numerical communication
- Understanding of contractual aspects
