The role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment, in a beautiful office situated in the heart of Royal Windsor just opposite the castle. /p p strong Overview of the role: /strong /p p We’re seeking an experienced, talented, and driven Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at de Le Cuona. /p p Reporting to the procurement manager you will play a pivotal role in optimising our ordering and purchasing side of the business operation and delivering exceptional service in this role. You’ll significantly contribute to purchasing, ordering and managing of the stock inventory. You will liaise with suppliers and manage the supply chain and lead times, ensuring department objectives are being met. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within the company. /p p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Responsible for procuring and stock control of fabrics, home accessories and components /li li Track and records orders /li li Building and maintaining supplier relationships /li li Price management and negotiations /li li Forecasting, reporting and analysis of product performance /li li Liaising with logistic agents /li li Department Admin /li li Sourcing /li li Data management /li li Maintaining Procurement records and Sustainability Certifications /li li Supporting certification audits e.g. GOTS annual audit process /li li Ad-hoc projects as and when required to meet the needs of the business /li /ul p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li Proven experience (2 years+) in a procurement role or analytical role. /li li Interest in the interiors/textiles world /li li Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. /li li Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
