Overview
BAE Systems are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in procurement practices and play a key role in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy deployment.
Skills
At least 5 years of experience in a procurement environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, contracting, financial awareness, and supplier management.
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and work with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive problem solver with a focus on service improvements and efficiencies.
Excellent communication, influencing, and collaborative skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team, demonstrating leadership behaviours.
